    If you wish to participate in the VOLUNTARY St. Charles Parish District Attorney’s Office Traffic Diversion Program, please complete the form below. You must apply for the program, complete the course and pay the program fee at least 20 days prior to your court date. You must also provide a valid email address to participate. If approved, program fees are:

    • Speeding 1-14 MPH over the limit: $182*

    • Speeding 15-24 MPH over the limit: $194*

    • Add $50 for each additional violation
